. Check-In / Check-out time 10:00 AM (Early check-in subject to room availability)
· Rooms are booked subject to final confirmation.
· For confirmed booking 50 % of the total room charge for the booked period has to be deposited in
advance in our bank account and balance to be deposited at least 15 days in advance or else booking
will be automatically release as per our policies.
· Service voucher must be dispatched by or before the arrival of the guest.
· All rates are subject to change without notice.
Cancellation policy:
.15 Days prior to date of arrival – 25% of the total bill will be charged.
· 14 Days to 08 Days prior to date of arrival – 50% of the total bill will be charged.
· 07 Days less prior to date of arrival – 100% of the total bill will be charged.
Child Policy:
. Children below 6 years of age are allowed to stay with parents without extra bed charges.
. 02nd child between 5 – 12 years sharing parent’s bed have to take child without bed at the
prescribed rate.
. Child above 12 years have to take extra bed.

Any cancellations due to road blockage, natural calamities, political disturbances, strikes or
any other reason whatsoever, there will not be any refund for any un-utilized services.
